I loved the overall style of the place, especially the modern decor that gave a welcoming vibe. The bed in our Deluxe Studio Top Floor was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep during our stay. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchenette allowed us the flexibility to prepare our meals, which was a huge plus for our trip.

Positive, The kitchenette was super handy for cooking meals, and the bed was comfy. The shower had great pressure, and I appreciated the clean room. The owner was helpful with the self check-in process, which made arriving easy. A grocery store right around the corner was a nice bonus. 😊

The room was perfectly fine, comfortable, and clean. The shower had excellent pressure. The kitchenette was well-equipped with tea bags, coffee, and dishwasher tabs. The bed was big and comfy, fitting our 4 suitcases easily. Quick check-out was a nice touch. 😊

The lack of clear instructions for check-in was frustrating, leading to confusion during our arrival. Additionally, the absence of any on-site staff made it challenging to address concerns promptly. I found the shower room lacking adequate shelf space, making it difficult to organize toiletries.

The location required a long walk, but the kitchen setup and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. Live music nearby added to the experience.

The kitchenette was a lifesaver! I whipped up breakfast each morning, and the powerful heating kept the place cozy. Plus, that big window with great mountain views was wicked nice. The shower had awesome pressure too. Just gotta say, the door number was like lookin’ for a needle in a haystack.

The online check-in system requires clearer instructions to avoid checking in too early!!! The shower flooded the bedroom, clearly an existing issue!!! Room and corridor labeling can be confusing for new guests!!!

Really happy with R13, A Townhouse Hotel! We checked in early, which was a huge plus, and our room was perfect for us, featuring a big comfy bed and a well-stocked kitchen. It was great to have everything we needed for cooking our own meals too. The shower had excellent pressure, and we loved the modern decor throughout. We even booked an extra night!

Only downside, it’s a bit outside the city.

I had a lovely stay with a cozy room, fantastic kitchenette, and a stunning view of the mountains, but the TV setup was a bit confusing.

The decorations fusing modern and classic styles created a welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by the comfortable beds and thoughtfully designed kitchenette. Being able to see the Aurora Borealis from my window was a thrilling bonus. However, the distance to the city center felt a bit cumbersome for a short stay, and navigating the bus system took some getting used to. The lack of nearby dining options also made cooking a necessity.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and luggage storage was super convenient. Kitchen setup was great. No room service though.
